INS Samarthak, the Indian Navy’s first Multi-Purpose Vessel (MPV), was delivered to the Navy on 27 August 2026.
It was built by Larsen & Toubro (L&T) at Kattupalli, Tamil Nadu, marking a significant milestone in indigenous naval shipbuilding.
